See if this helps, at least you can use the parameters shown below to run the scripts. –
You are seeing the following error when running the dm_setup_java_lifecycle.ebs script on your D6 sp1 installation:
dmbasic -f/dmwpr/documentum_601/product/6.0/install/dm_setup_java_lifecycle.ebs -eEntry_Point -- dmwpr dmwpr w0rk1ngP /dmwpr/documentum_601/product/6.0/lib/server-impl.jar /dmwpr/documentum_601/product/6.0/tcf_templates Generic Status: Library Open failed, Library Name: /dmwpr/documentum_601/product/6.0/share/java/1.5.0_00/jre/bin/libjava.a, Platform Status: Not a directory dmAPIInit() failed with return code 0.Can't register Documentum Server Extensions.
The JAVA_HOME is not set correctly.
Refer to the D6.0 documentation and make sure that your JAVA_HOME and LIBPATH are set exactly as indicated.
I found i was getting "Then entry point <whatever i gave it> does not exist" errors when using Windows PowerShell instead of cmd.exe. When I switched to cmd and gave the same command-line, I would have no problems.
