VNX - Tree Quota Out of Sync

Dell::Harald:Jensas

We are migration data from a Celerra to a VNX using Replicator.

After switchover users can no longer save files on filesystems with tree quotas enabled.
We have concluded that the problem is that the "Used" space reported on the VNX is corrupted.
Before replication:
Report for tree quotas on filesystem fs_name mounted on /root_vdm_5/fs_name
+------------+---------------------------------+-------------------------------+
| Tree       |        Bytes Used  (1K)         |            Files              |
+------------+--------+-------+-------+--------+--------+------+------+--------+
|            |   Used |  Soft |  Hard |Timeleft|   Used | Soft | Hard |Timeleft|
+------------+--------+-------+-------+--------+--------+------+------+--------+
|#1          |86663995|94371840|94371840|        |  100385|     0|     0|        |
After replication:

[nasadmin@vnx ~]$ nas_quotas -report -tree -fs fs_name
Report for tree quotas on filesystem fs_name mounted on /root_vdm_20/fs_name
+------------+-----------------------------------------------+-----------------------------------------------+
| Tree       |                 Bytes Used  (1K)              |                    Files                      |

We have tried to run: nas_quotas -check -start -mode online -tree -fs fs_name -path /projects/Courses

This process started and -check -status returned 100% complete. The result is that used can write to Courses!

Nontheless starting another check fails!
Attempts to run -check -stop, and -check -status fails with error 5005: I/O Error.
Another attempt to start a check cause nas_quotas command to hang for hours.

Any ideas, on how we can get the VNX to respond to nas_quotas commands again? And what to do to get the tree quotas synced with the actual filesystem usage?
