Your hosts:

Caitlin Gordon is an 8-year EMC veteran who has spent 4 years focused on EMC Data Domain deduplication storage systems. She is currently a Senior Product Marketing Manager.

Alex Almeida (EMC Elect 2013): Alex's passion for technology started at an early age and has never stopped. Today, he finds himself immersed in backup. In addition to blogging for The Backup Window and participating on the EMC Community Network, Alex is a member of EMC Elect 2013 and active in the New England VMware User Group (NEVMUG) and the Virtualization Technology User Group (VTUG).

Deanna Hoover is a 9-year EMC veteran who spent the first 7.5 years in a pre-sales role with a focus on Backup, Recovery and Archive. She is currently in Technical Marketing supporting NetWorker.

Shane Moore joined EMC in 2000 and is the Director of Product Marketing, Backup and Recovery Systems Division for Asia, Pacific and Japan. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating EMC's product marketing activities and EMC's go-to-market programs across the theatre. Shane has over 19 years experience in the IT industry. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Computing.

Kelly Brown (aka @LadyBackup) is an American on the loose in the world. Employed by EMC, her technical career dates back to the days before the Spice Girls existed. But don’t let her name fool you. She just as articulate - if not more - around archiving. Living outside the United States has been a fascinating experience, and for now she calls England home.
