After moving access roles between cubes in a cluster in preparation for a CICM migration the Centera Viewer Diagnostics Console shows ETH2 errors on the original access nodes. CV Node list shows no failures in the failures column for the original access nodes. The problem is caused by the eth2 configuration file not being updated with the default eth2 IP address after the access role has been removed from the node.
This error does not cause any operational problems. At the end of the CICM migration the original nodes are removed from the cluster which will resolve this issue. If the error needs to be resolved before the migration completes a service request should be opened referencing Knowledgebase solution emc131095.
