Issue:

In the event that you receive the following event code: MYSTIC500MEMxxxx / VXR500MEMxxxx: on 13G Dell Poweredge hardware.
                 For 14G please see here

DIMM/memory errors are reported for a specific node when checking the event log via iDRAC.
Hardware logs may be showing messages similar to the following:

Resolution:

The following troubleshooting steps can be performed in order to narrow down the faulty component.
                 Reference https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/sln289424/troubleshooting-memory-errors-on-poweredge-systems-by-swap-testing?lang=en :

                 1. Swap the problematic DIMM ( in the above case DIMM_A6) with another DIMM on a different channel (like DIMM_A3 for example)
                 2. If the error follows, this means that probably the DIMM is faulty: you will see ECC rate exceeded error on the DIMM (A3 in this case). Contact DellEMC support to open an SR for replacement.
                 3. If the errors persist then the slot is most likely faulty and a motherboard replacement is required. Contact DellEMC support to open an SR for replacement.

NOTE: For step 2 and 3 always open a Standard Support Request via DELL Tech Direct portal to have a Dell HW Technician check and confirm if replacement is required:
