This is a bug in VCF version 2.3.2.X which has monitoring enabled by default.
VCF Monitoring internally calls SOS Storage and Network health check periodically .
SDDC Manager this health-check script triggers this in vCenter every 30 minutes.
You can confirm this by executing "/home/scripts/sos_health_check.sh --storage-health /home/vrack/tmp/host-disk-health-check/" on SDDC Manager and triggers the health check VM creation and deletion.
A solution exists for this issue but intervention from Dell EMC technical support personnel is required. A hotfix has been supplied by VMware engineering to resolve this issue on VCF 2.3.2.X. Please contact the EMC Customer Support Center or your service representative for technical assistance and quote this solution ID.
