ViPR Controller : Failure to remove a host from a cluster[2]

ViPR Controller Controller 3.6 SP2,ViPR Controller

When a host is removed from a Cluster  the task to remove the host fails with the below error:"INFO (line 66) Controller database object ID [INITIATOR_URN/WWN], field [<associated masks>]: The controller references resource: [Export_Mask], whereas the hardware reported the actual resource as: [MASKING_VIEW]".

ViPR Controller runs validation on the array mask and controller data, and if the ViPR controller data is not in sync with the mask on array the validation fails.

In this scenario, during the doExportRemoveInitiators workflow, one of the initiators was found in a bootlun mask "MV_MASKNAME_NO_VIPR" and the mask was not managed by ViPR

The Mask validation fails as the mask is not under ViPR management which is not correct behavior as ViPR Controller only needed to remove the Host Initiator Group (IG) from the clustered SharedMaskingView Cascaded Initiator Group (CIG).

Ingest the boot volume and then remove the host from the Cluster.
After successful removal of the host from the cluster, Inventory-Only delete the boot volume from VIPR Controller (if there is no requirement to manage the boot LUN through ViPR Controller).
ViPR Engineering is currently addressing this problem, but has not provided a fix in a released patch.
This solution will be updated with the patch when it has been released.
