Cause:

This is an issue related to the FC-Extended Link Service(ELS) or FC-Basic Link Service (BLS).
It is observed on all FE,BE and WAN-COM ports of all directors periodically.
As per FC-LS-2 (Link Services) specification, there is no supported command available for  code value (0x18).

        (RDP: Read Diagnostic Parameters)
        (ELS: Extended Link Service)

Change:

Introduced with VS6 hardware HBA drivers.

Resolution:

Workaround:
Disable the RDP-ELS feature at the switch-level.

On a Brocade switch the fabric parameter can be modified to disable RDP polling (this process is revisable and non-disruptive). Note that this feature is enabled by default.
