Distribution Program Audit Process and Timeline

Visibility: Open to anyone

We recently launched the 2018 Dell EMC Partner Program, which has been further refined based on feedback we heard from all of our partners over the last year – but still in line with our mission of Simple. Predictable. Profitable.™ You can view a replay of the broadcast here, and the new Benefits & Requirements documents are up in the Partner Portal.

That said, we wanted to provide you with a few reminders on the audit process and timeline:

  • Your Dell EMC account manager should have been sending you periodic updates on your status in meeting the requirements set forth in the 2017 Partner Program to help monitor your progress. We plan to complete our final audit within the next couple of weeks, at which time you can expect a final notification on your standing within the Dell EMC Partner Program.
  • The audit will be a pass/fail. For those of you who are in good standing, you can hit the ground running this year based on the new program guidelines. For those of you who did not meet the requirements, your account manager will be working with you on a performance plan to start the 2018 Partner Program year so that together, we can get back on track.

Please note that next year, there will be no performance plans to start the year. Any distributors who fail to meet their requirements may lose their status as a Dell EMC Authorized Distributor. Please continue to work with your account managers and let them know if you have any questions.
