Resolution:

This is a generic message which gets logged through the management agents (Vxpa). The message type is verbose, not error or warning, so it is not considered an error from a VMware perspective. At any time, vCenter will check on all the hosts and from some hosts it gets the metrics at that point of time and from some hosts in the next minute.

If there are no gaps in performance data, that means that the data was collected. And in  the next cycle , there is no issue.
