VMAX3: Internal errors may prevent a host from logging back into a FA following a log out condition.

During a certain sequence of Linux discovery routine after logging into the target port, it will send a RTV ELS frame with a 4 byte payload response.  The symm will reject this frame because it is unsupported Extended Link Status frame.  However due to the size of the payload response of 4 bytes, the symm is not handling this correctly, which causes an internal memory buffer overflow condition to occur.  These are considered as ‘sheap errors’.  Once in this condition, the FA will not accept any further unsolicited ELS/BLS type fibre channel frames.  These type of frames allow the host to perform PLOGI/PRLI with the FA.
