AppSync: The AppSync GUI does not show the login screen and presents: "Error 404 not found"

The user sees the "Error 404 not found" screen when trying to log in to the Appsync GUI.

AppSync: Failed to get information about the volume. Verify that the filesystem is dismounted. Continuing with the next volume.

Error received when unmounting a copy in the AppSync GUI.

AppSync: Unable to add Local VPLEX cluster in AppSync

AppSync issues a "cluster-connectivity" REST request. This REST request is not applicable for a VPLEX local setup.  


AppSync: Oracle service plan on a PowerHA cluster (HACMP) fails to map the filesystems

Service plan for Oracle on PowerHA or HACMP cluster environment fails with the below error during the mapping phase.  


AppSync: Application Mapping Phase fails with error SPP_000037

When running a Service Plan the Mapping Phase may fail with the following error.  

AppSync: Restore of Oracle database on AIX fails during import the VolumeGroup

The Volume Group that contains the logical volumes and file systems in use by Oracle also contains logical volumes and filesystems that are not in use by Oracle. 


AppSync: AIX filesystems may fail to mount if mountguard is enabled and FSCK is not enabled on the mount.

If the source filesystem is AIX and has mountguard set to yes, as seen in /etc/filesytems, and AppSync mounts to a standalone AIX host that does not have HACMP installed, and filesystem check (FSCK) is not enabled for the mount phase, then the mount may fail


AppSync: Postgres upgrade fails

Postgres is being upgraded per KB 000504125, and it fails to upgrade Postgres.   


AppSync: The AppSync GUI will not work and presents: " HTTP 403 forbidden " following an upgrade of AppSync.

The cause was another process using an AppSync port.

AppSync: When multiple XIO snaps are made simultaneously, AppSync will intermittently snap some LUNs twice while missing other LUNs. There are no console errors.

When multiple snaps of XtremIO source LUNs are made simultaneously, it is possible that some LUNs may be snapped twice while other LUNs may be missed completely.
