MyService360TM
MyService360™ is a new cloud-based, service-centric dashboard, powered by the secure EMC Data Lake. We’re currently
scoping a partner-specific capability for MyService360TM and we want your input! Take a video tour of MyService360™  now and open a case with the Services Partner Helpdesk to provide your feedback.

 

Ready, Set, Deliver- Unity Services!

As announced at EMC World 2016, Implement and Support Partners can now deliver Services for Unity, EMC’s all-flash midrange storage product. View the training and certification requirements to deliver Unity Services here!

 

VxRail Services are here!

VxRail is now available for Partner Delivery. All Implement and Support (Out Of Radius Partners Only) service requirements are available on the deployment matrix.

 

Online Support Updated

Support.emc.com has been updated to offer enhanced functionality with a great new look. Content from the decommissioned Services Partner Web including FCOs, spare parts lists, and product downloads can be accessed via EMC Support.

 

New Services Partner Handbook is Available

Make sure to bookmark and view the newly updated EMC Services Partner Handbook! This interactive document contains Global Services Partner Program policies, processes, and knowledge needed for success in building a profitable and comprehensive services portfolio with EMC.

 

Services Partner Helpdesk Updates
We are always aiming to improve how we support YOU, our partners, by helping you manage and grow your Services delivery capabilities. Check out some updates and changes coming from the Services Partner Helpdesk:

 

Solution Provider Tiers - We’ve enhanced our case submission form to automatically include your company’s Solution Provider tier (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) when you open a case. This allows us to more quickly review your case and better serve you! Additionally, Solution Providers at the Platinum tier are routed directly to our Theater Program Managers.


Authorized Service Providers and Subcontracting Partners Beginning July 1st, the Services Partner Helpdesk will support all Services partners, including Channel Partners, ASP, and PS Subcontracting Partners. All Subcontracting Outlook mailboxes will be decommissioned and any Services inquiries can come to the Services Partner Helpdesk. Services Contact Updates Help us, help you by confirming your Services contact is up to date. Updating your Services contact ensures that you receive marketing communications, program updates, compliancy status updates, requirements updates, and all other related information. You can update this information at any time by opening a case with the helpdesk.


EMC Mobile 3.2 is Now Available!
EMC Mobile 3.2 allows you to drive your self-sufficiency! This mobile powerhouse gives you the ability to access Technology Insight and Product Support, access and browse technical documentation, search the Knowledgebase, engage with peers in the community support forums, and manage your full service request lifecycle.

New Exams
NetWorker
We’ve recently released Version 7 of the NetWorker Implementation Engineer Specialist and NetWorker Storage Administrator Specialist exams! If you are currently certified in Version 5 of the exams, you must update your certification by December 31st, 2016 to maintain your NetWorker Implement or Support deployment status in 2017. Version 6 will still be accepted for 2017 deployment in NetWorker. You can view deployment requirements for NetWorker here.

 

Isilon – The Isilon Specialist Exam for Platform Engineers has been updated to Version 2. Version 1 will still be accepted for 2017 deployment in Isilon Support. Deployment requirements for Isilon can be found here.

 

Next Business Day Part Support Discontinued

The EMC Business Partner Program Services element Next Business Day (NBD) Parts Support is no longer available. Options available for logistics are parts purchase, return to factory, and parts sharing.
