ESRS stands for EMC Secure Remote Services. ESRS is a two-way remote connection between EMC Customer Service and your EMC products and solutions. It provides proactive, secure, virtual, and simple support service.
In relation to CloudBoost 2.0, ESRS will allow the proactive notification to EMC Support of potential issues and allows a direct option to collect log files from your appliance for troubleshooting procedures.

To register your CloudBoost 2.0 appliance with ESRS you use the following command from the CloudBoost CLI:
