Knowledge Sharing Award Ceremony
The Knowledge Sharing program invites EMC Proven Professionals to share their expertise, unique deployments, or best practices. Articles from our contributing Knowledge Sharing authors have been downloaded more than 1 million times, underscoring the power of the knowledge sharing concept. This program is a unique benefit of the EMC Proven Professional program. Each year, EMC Proven Professionals are invited to submit their work in our Knowledge Sharing Competition, with the winners announced at EMC World.

This session discusses the impact of virtualization, cloud, software defined, and big data on the organization and requirements for overall skills transformation of the organizations. Discussion includes: challenges and expectations of organizations as they are redefining information infrastructure, migrating to cloud, establishing IT as a Service, and applying tools and technologies for Big Data analytics.

This session provides an overview, discussion, benefits and lessons learned from EMC IT's implementation of the EMC Enterprise Hybrid Cloud, the foundation for our IT as a service journey, and provides guidance for transitioning to a Cloud environment and bridging the cloud skills gap by identifying, and filling the necessary new roles and necessary training.
