RAMP Activity for the Total Customer Experience

The EMC Total Customer Experience (TCE) is proud to announce the launch of a new portal, and also want to recognize our customers and partners for all that you do to shape the TCE. Starting on April 21st, the TCE and RAMP teams are hosting a special mission to help you explore the new experience. There are many ways to take part in this exciting mission and enhance your ECN reputation and status, but you must act before the mission ends on May 16th.

The Experience Explorer mission is open to members of the ECN. New members will receive a one-time 100 point bonus, and the first Frequent Visitor badge upon registration.
After logging in, complete the following three tasks to become an Experience Explorer and earn the mission badge. Your progress can be followed by viewing your Showcase on the RAMP Home page.
Engaged Explorer - Begin by engaging in a special TCE the special event focused on the 3rd platform. Post a comment, question or video about how you currently or want to engage with EMC leveraging the 3rd platform. *Special bonus: uploading a video will also advance your progression in the new Video Director mission.
Enabled Explorer - Participate in one of our designated product or support forum discussion focused on the Total Customer Experience. To earn this badge, post a comment or question in one of the below forums about how EMC currently and can continue to enable you throughout your EMC experience
Evolved Explorer - Learn how EMC continues to evolve by watching the TCE video and leaving feedback by Rating the video.
Complete all three activities, and you will receive the Experience Explorer mission badge plus an additional 200 bonus points!
The Experience Explorer mission commences at 11 AM EST on April 21st, 2014 and will continue until 11 AM EST on May 16th, 2014. During that time, you will be able to earn the offered rewards.
Completing the Experience Explorer mission increases your status in the community and 200 bonus points will be added to your overall total. You can review progress and earned rewards on the RAMP Leaderboard, or your personal ECN profile.
