Unable to edit fileds in eRoom Database

When trying to edit the "Assigned to"“ field in the database item.


Getting error message "Unfortunately, eRoom was unable to process this dialog, because you do not have rights to it."



A deleted user was the only person that had edit rights to the step.
In addition he had the step marked as Read-only and "The member who created it" checked.

Every time environment have a deleted user with explicit rights, eRoom tends to have problems with that.



Uncheck the deleted user and added another active user. And Uncheck the read only and checked "everyone who can open the step".
