What Is SolVe Desktop?
SolVe Desktop is a user-installed Windows application used by Customers, Dell EMC Partners and Employees around the world to access trusted best-practice instructions for common service tasks. These instructions come direct from Dell EMC product support engineers and include procedures, videos, Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) Instructions, related knowledgebase content, and warnings for known issues. Products supported by SolVe Desktop include NetWorker, VPLEX, Connectrix, VNX, Data Domain, Isilon, VMAX, and many, many others.
The SolVe team is part of the Dell EMC SDS Knowledge Management team, who are focused on providing tools and processes to ensure successful implementation and support of Dell EMC products in all environments.
