Those familiar with EMC’s Total Customer Experience (TCE) program know that EMC takes customer feedback seriously! We love receiving your feedback and responding with actions that will make a difference. The newest ECN Support Community has been developed as result of feedback we have been receiving from customers interested in more easily connecting with resources they need to enhance their service experience.


ConnectCommunity_HomePageThumnail3.pngSpecifically, while speaking with customers during events such as EMC World and reviewing customer survey feedback, customers expressed an interest in ongoing Customer Service updates, as well as a central location offering help to better leverage existing service capabilities.


New Community

In response, we are pleased to introduce a new ECN Support Community, Connect with EMC Customer Service. This community will provide you with:

  • Overall updates about Customer Service capabilities
  • Success Checklist highlighting things you can do be enhance success
  • Featured events such as online Ask-the-Expert events
  • Tip-of-the-month to help you enhance your service experience

Another feature is a page designed to help new customers to get started. Here customers will find resources to help them successfully connect with the resources and expertise they need to be successful.
