How to Restore LINUX client from Networker using command?

 

@ client ABC do the following:

 

 

1-to view successful backups with {client,name,ssid,savetime,volume,%used,pool}

# cd /
# find ./ -name mminfo
./nw/sbin/mminfo
#./nw/sbin/mminfo   -a -r "client,name,ssid,savetime,volume,%used,pool"

2- to recover hosts file from networker to client ABC {default directory}
LOGIN to client ABC ssh
# find ./ -name recover
./nw/bin/recover
./nw/sbin/recover
#./nw/bin/recover
#version /etc/hosts    :to list all backedup versions of the file
#changetime 1/9/2013    :to change the backed up time   
#add /etc/hosts     :to select hosts file for recovery
#recover

3- to recover hosts file from networker [latest successful backup] to client ABC {recover to /tmp directory}
LOGIN to client ABC ssh
#./nw/bin/recover -a -d /tmp /etc/hosts

4- to recover hosts file from networker [browse backups to choose point in time recovery] to client ABC {recover to /tmp directory}
LOGIN to client ABC ssh
# find ./ -name recover
./nw/bin/recover
./nw/sbin/recover

  recover> version /etc/hosts
  Versions of `/etc/hosts':

    4 -rw-r--r-- root     root          286 May 19 11:43 hosts
