VNXe3200 Faulted SP (troubleshooting)
I have VNXe3200 that I am trying to put back into service after being powered down for a while.
System health looks good, but there is a non-specific "system xxxx has experienced one or more problems that have had a major impact".
My DAE cabling is good. All my components are green (system health). I have reimaged both SP's, and for a while the system status was green. I then tried to do an OE update to 3.1.17 (from 3.1.8) and the health check tripped the fault again.
What can I do to figure out what component on which SP is actually causing the issue ?

Hello Evraz,
Are there any faults on any of your disks? What is the exact error message that you are receiving? You can review your sp collect logs to see if it is listing any hardware as faulted or see if there are any critical alerts that is not showing in your health check.

where would I look for disk faults in the support package?

Do you have the Triage tool? That is what we use to view the logs.
