VNX 5300 reinstallation and access

Hello, what can I do if I have a username and password but no IP address for the device? I can't even see the IP address with network discovery.

Hi,
Thanks for your question. These are the default IP addresses. 

 SP-A: 128.221.1.250 (Service LAN port on SP-A SAN Management Module)
 SP-B: 128.221.1.251 (Service LAN port on SP-B SAN Management Module)

ohh i see, if I have a serial port and an RJ 12 connection, how will my device use the storage space. Does it not require special software?

Hi, 

After resetting the management port, you can see the IP address, the VNX launcher is also installed, but I cannot access it through the browser. Do you have any idea what the problem might be? (Advanced IP Schanner already sees it)

Yes, this software was installed using the installation guide, but unfortunately it is still not available. don't I have to press the button again to reach it ?

Which button?

Try this

Open browser and enter SPA IP address followed by /setup in the browser address bar.  (IP address/setup)

The SP setup login page opens. Enter the storage system Navisphere Manager / Unisphere administrator access username and password.

The SP setup page opens. Scroll down to Set RemotelyAnywhere Access Restriction feature and click on the name panel to open the page.

The IP Filter Configuration for RemotelyAnywhere page opens. Verify that the IPv4 address is entered to allow it to access RemoteAnywhere.
