VNX 5300 data direcory boot service not loaded
hello,
have bought an vnx5300 with the 4 install drives, but it seems, that there are some error
i can connect via serial cable and see the following erro:
Device: BOOT Path
Description: Data Directory Boot Service not Loaded Error!
ErrorCode: 0x0000018F
Rev 42.20
then the vnx reboots
Can anyone help, or do anyone know an austrian company that can help?

Hello bizznet,
The error that you are getting it most likely means that the vault drives have been replaced and there is no factory image on the drives to boot the system. The os image for a vnx system is placed on the drives before the system is shipped to any customer.

Hello bizznet,
The only way to get the image is that you will need an active support contract on the system.
