I have created 3 test pools and then changed some disk slot and try to deleted failed pools. but can not. it change the pool state to deleting and no changes after an hour. I reboot SP but no changes! I also disconnect all DAE but ...
in pool status details I have this error:

Any way to clean this pools?!

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Can you put the drives back in the original slots and try to delete?

Try putting these 0-11 rather than out of order.
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 2
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 4
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 6
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 8
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 11
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 10
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 1
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 3
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 5
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 7
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 9
Bus 1 Enclosure 0 Disk 0

TNX for your reply. But pool1 slot is not empty.
as you can see in Pool 2, disk member is empty! I created pool1 after going pool2 in deleting state to test delete pool operation but i could not delete poo1.(as i can remember i did not change disk slot in pool1)

Then you are going to need to call phone support, there isn't a user way to recover.

!! I have no support. Any way to reset all settings to default factory?! or initializing all disk via command or ... I think the problem is that pool2 disk member is empty and it can not delete raid data from missing disk!
I dashboard I have 5 errors like this :
"One or more disk drives are in the wrong slot"
And also this error:
Any command to refresh disk slot and 'wrong slot' error without resetting VNX.

Did you try putting the disks in the slots it wants you to. There is no way to reset it without calling and paying for support.

@DELL-Josh Cr Yes, But in system\hw\disks I have many different disk status that its not correct. for eg. disk is in slot but disk status is removed! and some disk status is faulted! i think I should reinitialize disk status and do not know how!

There isn't a user way to do this. Only phone support can.

You have to put the drives back to the original state my friend this is the only way as I can see let me know if you able to trace the slots or just mixed the drives.
