Unisphere Service Manager could only get limited informationon
Hi,
I use the newest version V1.3.21.1.0303 of Unisphere Service Manager on my windows11.
After connect to the EMC VNX5400.
I could get the fellowed menu of the device,
System/Registration/Hardware/Software/Diagnostics/Support on the title,
Registration
- Register Storage System
Hardware
- Hardware Installation
- Hardware Replacement
Software
- System Software
- Disk Firmware
- Downloads
Diagnostics
- Verify Storage System
- Capture Diagnostics Data
I could not get any other informations such as storage/lun/disk.
Is there any set error on my VNX5400 ? If so, how to fix it ?

Hi,
Thanks for your question. What does it show if you load the unisphere gui? Does disk firmware show the disks?

Are there any alerts or errors aside from not being able to see anything? Is the data accessible? You may also want to capture a support bundle from the services tasks under the system drop down.
