Had to put just the end of the capture in would not let me upload all of it.

It looks like it is an NVRAM failure. You may be able to just replace the card, part number 303-299-000B-04 

we have ordered a replacement  see how it goes.

we have replaced the card file system back online (big thanks) but we can't seem to get replication to start back up complaining about to much lag.  seems stuck on job that was running when nvram had issues.
