File Level options grayed out in VNX Unified Array
We have two Storage VNX array with Model that is VNX5400(Unified).
Both array running with
Block:05.33.009.5.184
File: 8.1.9-184
Both array have same password to login for account SYSADMIN ,so when we login into one of array using SP IP, we will see both array under Systems .
When I click Aaray1 ,File level options are grayed out since I m unable to access File Level options such as CIFS/NFS, However when I clicked Aray2 and then I m able to access File Level options such as CIFS/NFS etc.
So please can some one help me how to fix this issue? Since I would need to access File level options for Array1

@Dell_Sam_L Thanks for the update.
The first KB/link is not applicable as we have password for Admin and NAS which does not contain any special characters.
Second article/KB is unable to open the link since it gives message that "The chosen document is not currently available. Please try again later"

Symptoms
File side options are greyed out in Unisphere when logged in using the SP's IP address.
File side options are NOT greyed out in Unisphere when logged in using the Control Station's IP address.
Cause
The nas_cs -info command outputs the following:
# nas_cs -info

Resolution
1. Find the Control Station's host name in /etc/hosts file.
$ grep 10.x.x.x /etc/hosts
10.x.x.x https://dell.to/3ReBcnD control_stationCS0
2. Use the nas_cs command to set the host name for the Control Station:
$ nas_cs -set -hostname control_stationCS0 <<< Please run this command as root user.
After this is completed, the /nas/sbin/navicli -h spa domain -list command should repopulate with the public IP address and host name of the Control Station. The nas_cs -info command should also show the Control Station's host name in /etc/hosts file. At this point, the File side options should be available when the user logs into Unisphere using the SP's IP addresses.
