Hello @Praveen.Singh,

Please, can you provide us some more information about what you need? What is your hardware? What are you trying to do?

Regards.

Hi,
Thanks for your question. Which VNX device are you using? Here are the downloads https://dell.to/3FMMucS and solve has some additional ones. https://dell.to/3hOIPmV I don’t see a log viewer though. https://dell.to/3jnnlhC this map help.
Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

In the spcollect, you will see a file named spx_arrayconfig.xml. this is the array configuration file. you can convert it to a execel file and will get the detailed vnx configuraiton information.

Hello Thanks for your response but want to review SP collect of EMC boxes instead on manually open each folder to get the faulted TLA information, these software are not going toward my resolution.

Is the information you need in SPX_fbe_cli_info.txt?

No @DELL-Josh Cr whenever we are downloading the SP collect either for SPA or SPB, we need to extract the Zip and then we need to get the TLA information from the specific folder, I was using that viewer earlier but due to the system crash the software was missing, the software is like we can upload the few files in that and it will provide an HTML view of the system including the drive and other system information.
