Can't register Vnxe3300

Did you recently purchase your vnxe3300 or was it decommissioned, and now you are trying to use it again?

I buy it used.  Can't find Connection Utility .

Since you purchased the system used you will need to do an ownership transfer of the system from the previous company to your company.  For the unity connection utility you need to have an active EMC account to access the link to download the utility.  Here is the link to the tool, you can try to access this link but if it ask for a login then you can’t get the download till you have an active EMC account. https://dell.to/3Zt8B0Z

If you buy from a second used storage. I guess the system OS was corrupted. You can connnect it by serial console and power up the VNXe3300. We can check the boot log to determine the next action plan. If you need help, let me know.
