Venue 5130, Windows 10 update failure

Installing windows 10 update 20H2 on Venue 5130 (T06G001), installation stalled at around 25%. Reboot caused a recovery startup loop. First it tries to recover update then switches to undoing changes, then reboots and repeats. I made an installation media USB drive, but cannot update. In normal update I'm instructed to start Windows normally and update from there, something I cannot do. In advanced update I'm not allowed to install on any of 7 partitions, either not NTFS format or Bitlocker is active. I've tried repair features, but have not been successful. I have my Bitlocker code, but there is no option to enter the code on install modes. I've tried using the command prompt from the USB troubleshooting tools to go to the recovery drive (D:/) and running setup, but it reverts to the USB setup file which doesn't work.  Can I delete and recreate partitions to install from the media installation USB? If so which partitions do I delete, listed below? Partition, Label, Type, Size
