I just want my money back

It's unbelievable how Dell manages to turn the simple purchase of a 2.6K AlienWere m18 lap top into a real nightmare. After all, who would have thought they could retain the value of a purchase without processing it? I'm simply amazed by how they managed to leave me without my money since May 1st. Truly, I've never encountered such a peculiar issue in all my buying experiences. I hope Dell can resolve this issue with the same efficiency they demonstrated in causing it.
